Shado Online (“เกม”) เป็นเกมออนไลน์ที่เล่นผ่านเว็บไซต์ play.playshado.com และแอปบนมือถือ (ชื่อแพ็กเกจ com.playshado.online) นโยบายนี้อธิบายข้อมูลที่เราเก็บและวิธีใช้
ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

วิธีใช้ข้อมูล

Shado Online (the “Game”) is an online game played at play.playshado.com and in the mobile app (package com.playshado.online).
Data we collect
- Account: username and password (stored only as a hash).
- Gameplay data: characters, items, progress, trades and in-game chat messages.
- Email (optional): only if you enter it to receive Closed Beta rewards.
- Technical data: server connection logs such as time and IP address, for security and anti-cheat.
- Player reports: when a player is reported we keep the related chat and trade evidence.
How we use it
To run the Game, secure accounts, prevent cheating and abuse, deliver rewards and send game news. We do not sell personal data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Sharing
Your character name and chat messages are visible to other players. We share data with our hosting provider only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at the address below; we will process it within 30 days.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of such an account we will delete it.
Security
All connections are encrypted using HTTPS/WSS.
